Hey there! I’m Maura Dwyer, a designer and illustrator based in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada—a city that thrives on spectacle, storytelling, and bold design, which inspires me daily. I specialize in interactive design, illustration, and branding, with a passion for creating work that’s not just beautiful, but fun, immersive, and deeply engaging. 

My creative process is rooted in nostalgia and entertainment—I love using playful packaging, vibrant visuals, and unique narratives to breathe life into everyday experiences. From concept to final polish, I aim to create designs that make people smile, think, and feel like they’ve stepped into a world that’s just a little more magical than reality.

To me, design isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about sparking joy and building connections. Whether I’m crafting a brand identity, illustrating a board game, or building interactive media, I focus on the tiny details that make a big impact. I believe great design should surprise, delight, and turn even the smallest interactions into
something memorable.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably playing a video game, collecting quirky trinkets, or wandering around a theme park in awe of the magic that goes into every experience. If it sparks wonder and excitement, I’m all in. Let’s create something amazing together!


SILVER BULLET

Silver Bullet is a Western-themed board game and immersive design experience that blends storytelling, nostalgia, and interactive play. Set in a dusty world of gamblers, outlaws, and crooked lawmen, players must bluff, bet, and brawl their way through the Wild West in a high-stakes race against "The House"—a force as ruthless as the desert sun. This project explores the intersection of design and play by creating a fully realized brand identity, custom illustrations, packaging, and narrative-driven game mechanics. Inspired by classic Americana and the spectacle of Las Vegas, Silver Bullet invites players to step into a world where risk meets reward and reputation is everything. Through this project, I aim to capture the joy of tactile storytelling while showcasing how thoughtful design can transform a game into an
unforgettable experience.
